Industrial Automation

We automate industrial processes to increase productivity, reduce errors and ensure complete control over operations.

Have your processes evolved?
The systems should keep pace with these developments.

Manual processes, isolated equipment and a lack of real-time information limit productivity and increase operating costs
and make decision-making more difficult.

At Tecsisel, we design industrial automation systems that are fully tailored and bespoke to your operations. We integrate hardware, software and engineering to create reliable, scalable and future-proof solutions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a PLC system?

A PLC is a programmable logic controller that controls industrial machinery and processes. It reads signals from sensors, executes the programmed logic and controls the equipment automatically and continuously. At Tecsisel, we programme the PLC and install it in the electrical cabinet of each system.

The PLC controls and the SCADA system monitors. The PLC carries out on-site control, machine by machine, whilst the SCADA system brings together information from the entire installation on a single screen, with data logging and alarm management. At Tecsisel, we integrate both into the same system.

Yes, in most cases. Existing equipment can be connected to the new system provided it can communicate with it or be controlled by it. At Tecsisel, we assess the installation before making a proposal and determine what can be reused, what needs to be adapted and what needs to be replaced.

Yes. The status of the installation can be monitored remotely, and any fault triggers an immediate SMS alarm. At Tecsisel, we configure the alarms by type of incident and by recipient, so that the alert reaches the person who needs to take action.

It depends on the scale of the project and the equipment to be integrated. The process follows the stages of our ISO 9001-certified quality management system: assessment, design, panel assembly, programming and commissioning. At Tecsisel, we set the deadline in the quotation once we have assessed the installation.

Yes. The system is designed to be expanded, with new machines, sensors or production areas connected to the same base. At Tecsisel, we support this development with technical assistance, because those who designed the installation know it inside out.
