Control and Supervision

Control and supervision systems that enable information to be centralised, processes to be automated and the operation of facilities to be monitored in real time. From local controllers to remote supervision, with immediate SMS alerts.

When everything is connected, control involves much more than simply switching equipment on and off.

A modern facility constantly generates data. Temperature, humidity, ventilation, pressure, energy consumption and the condition of equipment are all variables that need to be monitored and interpreted in conjunction with one another.

Control and supervision systems make it possible to gather this information, set operating parameters and automate responses, thereby enabling more precise, consistent and efficient management of the facility.

Tecsisel integrates various control and monitoring components in line with the requirements of each installation. From local control to centralised monitoring, each element is designed to communicate with the others and fulfil a specific function within the system.

Controllers

Equipment responsible for the automatic management of the various variables and components of the installation.

Control boards and panels

Interfaces and control systems that centralise the control of equipment and processes.

Supervision systems

Platforms that enable users to view, monitor and manage the operation of the facility.

Communications

Connection between equipment, systems and control points, including the sending of alarms via SMS.

Integration

The real value lies in the way everything works together.

At Tecsisel, sensors, ventilation, air conditioning and control systems are integrated into a single operating framework, where information flows, equipment responds and each component contributes to a shared outcome. It is this integration that transforms individual pieces of equipment into a system tailored to the requirements of each installation.

The system responds without waiting for anyone.

The controllers read each variable and automatically activate the equipment in accordance with the parameters defined for the installation.

The response takes place at any time, without the need for manual intervention.

Every variable measured, every deviation detected.

Temperature, humidity, energy consumption and the condition of the equipment are monitored continuously.

When a value falls outside the limits, the system immediately sends an SMS alert to the relevant personnel.

The entire installation at a single control point.

The equipment stops working individually.

The monitoring system brings together information from the facility in a single location, which can be accessed either on-site or remotely.

Decisions based on real data.

With the data recorded over time, it is possible to compare cycles, adjust parameters and reduce consumption.

Decisions are based on how the facility actually operates.

Applications

Control and supervision for each type of installation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What components does a Tecsisel control system include?

A complete system comprises controllers, switchboards and control, supervision and communications panels. The controllers manage the system’s variables, the switchboards centralise equipment control, the supervision system displays real-time operation and the communications system links everything together. Each project includes the components required by the system.

Yes. Tecsisel designs and develops its control systems under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system that covers the design, engineering and development of automation and control equipment and systems. Before being installed on site, the systems are tested at the company’s own poultry farm, under real production conditions.

Yes. The control system can manage equipment from Tecsisel or other leading manufacturers. We assess what is already installed and integrate it into the system, so that the installation functions as a single unit and the investment is focused on what makes a difference.

By text message, immediately. Each alarm has its own designated recipients, so that the alert reaches those who need to take action, even when they are off-site. Before sending the alert, the system carries out the safety measures programmed for that particular fault.

Yes. Remote monitoring allows you to check the status of the installation from a distance, and alarms are sent via text message wherever the person in charge may be. This makes it possible to respond to any anomaly before it affects production, without having to be on site.

We provide technical support, preventive maintenance and a response to support requests. As we designed and developed the system ourselves, we know it inside out, which speeds up diagnosis and response whenever intervention is required.

Do you need more control over your installation? The Tecsisel team can help you select the equipment and control systems best suited to the specific requirements of your project.
